404 Error hail from Northern England and are a semi-anonymous project led by the artist known as 36663.
Their debut album ‘Scene Killers’ was met to positive acclaim, a tongue-in-cheek tribute to the Goth scene, full of addictive synthpop. Genre Reveal Party shows a much more mature approach to craftmanship.
“Whilst Pyramids of Mars was the earliest idea for the new album, by irony, Fallout was the last.
I just wanted to pay tribute to the franchise… not trying to get more interest due to the hit TV series, honest.”
The EP available on Bandcamp, Spotify, and associated retailers. It comes with a full set of exclusive tracks, which all tie in with Fallout. From the distrust of ‘Vault Tec Promises’ to the crooning farewell of ‘The Last Broadcast’
36663 explains – “The idea of Fallout EP brought together other incomplete ideas, to completion. Whilst all tie in with Fallout, I’d be lying if I said Mr House Always Wins wasn’t influenced by the music industry, or that The Last Broadcast wasn’t about the sad realisation it’s time to step down from a club night or DJ gig”
