The benefit compilation, titled PAROXYSM, exists to provide some relief to Leslie Keffer, as she has had epilepsy for her entire adulthood, but it has been intensifying as of late, and she has been denied disability for over five years.
Featured on the compilation, which will be disseminated across two discs (the digital release does not reflect the sequence of the separate discs, available seperately), are Erotic Tangerines (LA), which is a side project of Indian Jewelry/Studded Left, and a number of other monikers, as well as Actual Figures, a project featuring Indian Jewelry member Brandon Davis, who now lives and works (and collaborates in Actual Figures) in Germany with his Danish wife Marie Mark Anderson. There's also Sharkiface, Skin Graft, Fletcher Pratt, Sons of God (a project headed by Leif Elggren), Alessandra Zerbinati, a rare physical media appearance by Laundry Room Squelchers, Temple ov Saturn, Jonathan Canady, A rare appearance from Christopher Bickel's long dormant ANAKRID project, a bonus track from Otto Von Schirach, and more; 28 tracks in all.
