A horror story about a victim of a violent crime who wakes up in the afterlife. Instead of finding peace, he discovers that the murderer is still pursuing him, haunting the next realm. “Nex Animae” is the first release from Thin Eater since the self-titled debut album. The release of the song will feature unique video footage of burning synthesizers and guitars lighting up the Nordic night.
About Thin Eater: Formed in Gothenburg, Sweden in 2022, Thin Eater merges the energy of industrial darkwave with post-punk. Following a series of singles, Thin Eater released their self-titled debut album in March 2025. It spent the maximum of 8 weeks on top 10 albums of Deutsche Alternative Charts, peaking at third position. The band has shared the stage with among others Priest, Then Comes Silence and The Foreign Resort. Next gig is at the Winterwaves festival, where Das Ich is headlining.
