In other words: light is freedom, energizer, redemption, hope and joy. With the new concept album of the primal rock of Electronic Music Robert Schroeder wants to deliver exactly that. Into The Light is the 45th solo album of the former pupil of EM pioneer Klaus Schulze and celebrated great international recognition with his debut album Harmonic Ascendant in 1979.
Schroeder is known for his varied albums. Into The Light provides tension and relaxation. The principle of the so-called Berlin School also forms the basis of this album – electronic synthesizer sounds, sequences, captivating atmospheres, surprising effect sounds and sensitive, emotional synthesizer melodies. The seven tracks on Into The Light fill a total playing time of over 57 min. and can be enjoyed especially well on headphone.
The new album is released by the Essen-based electronic label Spheric Music. By the way, this is already the 28th album released on Spheric
