LAHO is a dark electronic music project and the brainchild of Konsta Vehkala, blending elements of industrial, EBM, futurepop and darkwave. The project draws inspiration from acts such as Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode, VNV Nation, as well as industrial metal bands like Rammstein, Ministry and Pain. Lyrical themes resolve around dystopian visions, self-reflection, and the darker aspects of humanity.
Vehkala is previously known as the drummer in bands such as Psychework, Vipermilk, Gian and Lojohh. Early recordings of LAHO date back to 2006 – now rebooted in 2026 with refined sound and vision.
