Jettenbach has been quite busy, it seems. After reviewing his "Meditation on Procrastination," it is time to check out his collaboration with fellow UK artist BMH. I did not know anything about BMH, but the bandcamp link is for Kate Bosworth, who I still know nothing about other than that she hails from Warminster, UK. So let's dive in and see what these two have created for us.

I don't know who "Robert the Such" is, nor what a "Beech Thrustor" is, but this is one 21 minute track titled "Robert the Such: Beech Thrustor." This track is filled with spacy drone and lots of field recordings of voices, both male and female, that act more as atmosphere than vocals. There are also a lot of heavily processed voices that give them a spectral quality that works well with the bits of noise and hiss that poke through the drone. The overall feel is unsettling, and I suspect that this is the desired effect with vocals like "you're stuck in there.... forever!" and the closing lines of "you're on camera, you fucking slut," repeated over and over amid laughter.

Overall, if you want an interesting soundscape that you can immerse yourself in, this is worth picking up. I had enjoyed Jettenbach's work, but this makes me want to find out more about BMH.
