Cool third cdr release (and, I think, the first one with a minimum of distribution) for this Italian industrial duo, featuring two members of the black metal hardcore band Eyeless. Coming in a gorgeous screen-printed cloth cover with cockroaches galore, "Zona Mutilazioni" is a minimal, but effective mix of ritual industrial, noise and depressive bleak ambient - somewhere between Archon Satani and the CMI bunch, early Current 93 and Ain Soph circa "Ars Regia". Not as breathtaking, of course, but an engaging listen nonetheless. "Teleplasma 223" and "Preghiera per arrestare la perdita di sangue" are solipsistic ambient-noise pieces, "Il mitridato e la triaca" could be the soundtrack for a film by Armando de Ossorio, "L'uomo di Colfosco" is closer to old school rhythmic industrial, "Dialciba" sounds like a post-nuclear nursery rhyme - but the cdr as a whole is a good collection of gloomy, depressive death industrial drones. I hope they will focus on this project, it's promising stuff, and authentically dark.
