I have previously reviewed a few releases from this artist and have enjoyed their work, so I was looking forward to seeing what this one sounded like. This disc consists of three untitled tracks, so let’s dive in. This is almost peaceful, but a bit unsettling. The nice thing about this is that it does so with tone and pacing, rather than with cheap gimmicks like horror movie samples. Spectral voices over the sounds of distant drums and incidental sounds all carried by a cold wind. This would make a splendid addition to your haunted house next year. Very good if you like your dark ambient extra dark. This disc weighs in at around 17 minutes.
